Margaret Fraser
Officiating Broker/ Property Manager
Margaret Cloud Fraser grew up in Tuskegee where she graduated from the Tuskegee Institute High School. In addition to Tuskegee she has lived in New York and Maryland. Her European travels include Germany, France and Italy.
Margaret Cloud Fraser earned her real estate license in 1985 in Jappatowne, Maryland and her broker license in 2010 from the Marting Real Estate School, Montgomery, Alabama. Her training and preparation include Business Administration, Personal Computer Trouble Shooting and Repair.
Margaret's real estate and property management experience includes Grempler Realty, Joppatowne, Maryland; Century 21, Auburn; Nu-Way Construction Enterprises and Open Door Realty of Tuskegee. She opened the doors of Cloud Realty on Rosa Parks Avenue in 2018 and has faithfully served the Tuskegee community and surround areas since that time.

Shirley Smith

Shirley A. Smith began her career as a Real Estate Sales Associate in July 1999. With willful determination she continued her education and obtained her Broker's License. She is currently an associate Broker with Cloud Realty Property Management specializing in residential, commercial, agricultural properties listing and sales. Shirley has helped many sellers and buyers reach their goals by coordinating the purchase and sale of real estate, this includes targeting the investor's market.
Shirley is proud to be a resident of Tuskegee in Macon County Alabama, the city with the big heart and open mind.
