Our Team
Margaret Cloud Fraser, Officiating Broker
Margaret Cloud Fraser is a Tuskegee native. She grew up in the Lake area on Vaughn Street with her two brothers and two sisters. Margaret graduated from the Tuskegee Institute High School where her passion and talent for real estate was recognized at an early age by a former teacher. In addition to Tuskegee, Alabama she has lived in New York and Maryland. Her European travels include Germany, France and Italy.

Margaret Cloud Fraser earned her real estate license in 1985 in Jappatowne, Maryland. She earned her broker license in 2010 from the Marting Real Estate School, Montgomery, Alabama.
Administrative Experience
Margaret’s administrative experiences include medical records, transcription, education and legal services. Her experiences include the New York Hospital; the Executive Health Examiners, NY; the Memorial Sloan and Kettering Center, NY; Oconnor, Pifer and Flynn, Baltimore; Referral Company of Maryland. Her experience in education administration include the Mannheim Elementary School, Mannheim West Germany; Joppatowne Parks and Recreation; and the Provost Office, Tuskegee University.
Education, Training and Preparation
Margaret Fraser has earned certifications in Business Administration, Personal Computer Trouble Shooting and Repair from Bronx Community College; Harford Community College in Bel Air, Maryland; Baltimore Community College; Mannheim Community College, Mannheim, Germany.

With over 41 years of real estate and property management experience includes Grempler Realty, Jappatowne, Marylyn; Century 21, Auburn; Nu-Way Construction Enterprises and Open Door Realty of Tuskegee..

Cloud Realty and property Management LLC was originally located in the Community Development Center, Tuskegee. The doors of Cloud Realty in its current location on Rosa Parks Avenue were opened in 2018 and has faithfully served the Tuskegee community and surround areas since that time.
